Maximum capacity 7 people

Terms of payment

 

Deposit upon booking 30%

Final balance within 15 days of arrival date.

 

Rates include

•kitchen equipment (pots and dishes)

•bathroom linen

-bed linen.

•utility consumption (water, electricity, gas)

 

Rates do not include

• the tourist tax (€1.50 per night per person)

 

Upon your arrival you will be asked to provide identification documents for the registration of all guests as required by Italian legislation on rentals for tourist purposes.

According to the terms of service, guests cannot have external visitors stay without first informing the Host and receiving positive feedback, Therefore,  please notify us in advance if there is any change in the number of guests.
